VOLUNTEERING #2

LTU. Prabėgus šiek tiek laiko po savanorystės, sugrįžusi namo, sustygavusi darbus ir mintis, nusprendžiau su Jums pasidalinti dar viena didesne savo savanorystės patirtimi. Gal ir nustebsite, bet ta savanorystė buvo ne kokiam madų šou ar renginyje, o tai buvo Šiluvos atlaiduose, į kuriuos plūsta tūkstančiai žmonių prie Stebuklingojo akmenio, prie kurio pasirodė Mergelė Marija. Per 10 savanorytės dienų man teko atlikti įvairiausias užduotis, pradedant klausyklų plovimu, šlavimu, kėdžių nešiojimu, baigiant pagalba įvairaus amžiaus žmonėms. Be viso to daug smagaus laiko leidome su kitais savanoriais. Ši savanorystė buvo nuostabi tuo, kad aš augau kaip žmogus, kaip asmenybė. Ši patirtis vėl atgaivino manyje dvasią, kuri vėl nori siekti savo tiklsų, kurti ir mokintis. Tad dėkoju Dievui už šią savanorystę, nes po jos aš pasiryžusi nuveikti daug, išmokti daugiau ir siekti savo svajonės toliau.

ENG. After some time after volunteering has passed, I came home, overt hought all my jobs and thoughts and decided to share one more volunteering experience with you. Maybe you will be surprised by the fact that this volunteering was not in fashion show or event, but in the Indulgence Feast in Šiluva, where thousands of people come to see the Miraculous stone. This place is famous, because Virgin Mary appeared there. During the 10 days volunteering period, I had a various range of assignments ranging from confessionals washing, sweeping, chairs carrying to helping for various ages people. On the top of that, we had a lot of great time to spend with other volunteers. This was an amazing volunteering, because it let me grew up as a human and as a person. Volunteering experience revived my spirit, which want to achieve the goals, create and study again. So I am grateful for God for this volunteering, because now I'm determined to do more, learn more, and to continue pursuing my dreams.
